Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of PeptidePilot, which is a tracking tool only — not a source of medical advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using PeptidePilot (the “App”) or this website (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Eduru.
2. Service Description
PeptidePilot is a mobile application for tracking medication protocols, peptide stacks, and related health metrics. It is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Research peptide content within the App is provided strictly as an educational reference.
3. Medical Disclaimer
PeptidePilot is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any medication or supplement.
Research peptide content is for educational reference only.
We do not recommend doses, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatments. Any calculations, schedules, or reminders the App produces are tools to help you organize information you provide — they are not instructions and must be independently verified with your healthcare provider.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for any activity associated with your account and for keeping any sign-in credentials secure. The App is anonymous by default; if you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for safeguarding access to your Apple ID.
6. Subscription Terms
- Free tier: unlimited reconstitution calculator, tracking for 1 medication, and 30 days of history.
- Pro tier: $79.99/year annual (including a 1-week free trial) or $3.99/week.
- Billing is processed via Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- All refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.
7. Acceptable Use
- Use the App for personal tracking only.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the App.
- Do not share your account credentials with others.
8. Prohibited Use
- Using the App as a source of medical advice.
- Making decisions about real medications without consulting a licensed healthcare provider.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied.
We make no warranties about the accuracy of dose calculations — always double-check every calculation with a licensed healthcare provider.
We are not liable for any health outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from using or not using the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduru and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduru and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court where eligible. You and Eduru waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
